Jagsons Airlines Limited (JAL) was incorporated in January 1994 to operate air-taxi services under the open sky policy of the Government. The company was promoted by Shri. J.P. Gupta and his associates. The company started charter operations with two 18-seat Dornier 228-201 aircraft.

However Jagson Airlines LImited continued to possess its Non Scheduled Operator (NSOP) license. As of 2014, Jagson Airlines Fleet consists of 3 Dornier 228-200.

Jagson International Limited is a Limited Company with the entrepreneur's vision of entering into new fields of Hi-tech and priority sectors and is one of the first private sector companies to enter into the field of off-shore drilling for Oil and Gas exploration which was hitherto a fort of foreign companies only.
Jagson International Limited is the parent company of Jagson Group.
